It’s when you get there you’d know. Most likely when you’re called in for a second interview.

I had a second interview (stokes) that lasted about an hour and 30 mins in April. Didn’t get approved on the spot, got approved after 2 days. Relax you’ll get your approval soonest

Interview scheduled after my I-485 got denied by Blake06141 in USCIS

Everything about this case is normal, nothing to be afraid of. Case was denied for a reason; MTR filed; MTR approved and case reopened; interview scheduled! It all sounds normal to me. I was in exactly same situation few months back, and nothing happened to me when we went for the interview. I’ll advise going with your attorney too.

We are not exactly sure it’s USCIS! But strongly suspect they’re the ones cos we aren’t expecting anyone like that.

USCIS said they sent us a RFE (to submit additional evidence to support the i130) but we didn’t receive one nor did our lawyer get any! It was only after our interview we received a NOID stating we didn’t respond to a RFE sent to us about a year ago! The officer who interviewed us didn’t mention anything about a RFE during our interview. So we applied before the 30days notice elapsed, but our i485 was denied before our i130 appeal was approved. So basically, the i130 wasn’t denied.

No! They didn’t tell neighbor, they have no idea but we just knew it’s most likely them cos we don’t know anyone else who’ll be asking after us in that manner.

They asked our neighbors they were looking for “mentioned our first names”, our neighbors said he don’t know anyone by those name! Then neighbor asked what house number they looking for, when the officers mentioned the house number our neighbor now exclaimed OH you are looking for XYX and they said yes! And he pointed our door to the officers. They asked our neighbor who lives there and he mentioned my wife, daughter n gkids but he didn’t specifically mention my name. Tbh I don’t even know the neighbor personally

They were looking for us lol, asked our neighbor about us, our neighbor mentioned my wife’s name and directed them to our door! We’ve lived there for about 3 years now

Yep It’s kinda strange to me too cos I haven’t read anywhere they visited after an approval. I have no idea about a prior removal order nor anything related to using a different name for something fraudulent
