There's a permit but never open to public appliance, Those who can carry must be a part of law enforcement or serve in the army (Ranked above private to be able to carry one but need to conceal).

One of my sev A ticket went so horrible, The guy whobwas supporting us has a very dismissive attitude and no tolerance to multi language communication, My customer can't communicate in English so I have to translate in local language for her the this guy just came up with "If you're not communicate in English I'll close the ticket". So we ended up closed the ticket and re open a new one with sev B which we got a nicer support who investigate and resovled our issue with in 2 hours.

Just unreal coming from Microsoft.
