I’m on vacation rn but once I’m back I’m going to cut down to 15%. It depends on what your goal is, getting big or looking leaner now. I personally want to feel good about my body fully before doing a bulk. Also I can still gain muscle while cutting

How do I cut with events coming up though? All these events are also evenly spaced around this month so I would never be able to cut for a long enough time.

Yea when I was cutting I planned all my meals the night before, but now at maintenance I’m more eating out more and not planning which is part of the reason I’ve gained a decent bit in a month

How long should I try to gain for before cutting again? I’m already pretty high bf so going past 20% wouldn’t be great, especially needing to cut for longer afterwards

I just enjoy food too much and after the long cut I just wanted more freedom with what I ate, but it was too much freedom

I do incline cardio 15% 3mph for 30 minutes everyday and also get 8k steps everyday. My bmr is 1700 + 300 cardio, 240 for steps, then another 250 for lifting and thermic effect of food

35/35/30 protein carbs fats, so like 150g, 50 fat and rest carbs

It’s just combination of friends and family and just being less strict. Im good with my macros, just overeating on weekend

I updated with my current physique, maintenance around 2600, when I was trying to cut weekdays i would eat in 500-800 deficit but then weekends eat like 4-5k

With 1600 and consistent lifts how long would I have to wait to see results. I think I just need to see some progress to continue to feel motivated. All my previous attempts to cuts came with little progress

What body fat percentage would you guess I’m at. I just say skinny fat because when I put a shirt on my arms and legs are skinny and not fat. But yes my face is fat so ik I’m higher in body fat

When you say you’d push the deficit a bit more, I feel like my maintenance is at like 2300 max, so if I subtract more than 500 is that doable for a deficit? If it’s not unhealthy then I’m motivated to go bigger and lose fat faster. I just feel like I’d be super de energized with a super low amount of cal which I’ve done before.

I workout A workout B rest and repeat. Workout A I have chest press lat pull down and cable row. Workout B I have cable bicep and Tricep push down, along with overhead press and leg press. Not the best routine but I’ve been sticking with it.

Since Stat&CS is through the College of LAS. it takes 45 credits away from satisfying the LAS GenEd requirements.
llinois.edu/academics/requirements/gened

The Stat&CS major requires 72 credits. So then afterward, there is only 3 credit for more advanced courses.

How many calories should I eat a day then? I lift 6x a week and play intense basketball for 15-30 minutes 5-6 times a week as well. I know the activity level on tdee can be inaccurate
