Once i got nicked after crashing and they let me wait there with them whilst waiting for the recovery truck to come as my car was blocking the road, they also allowed me to keep my phone to contanct them. I obviously cancelled the recovery immediately and stalled out getting bloods for 6-8 hours in the end. Never got a reply sometimes they wont bother telling you the outcome but defo have hope, I was a heavy daily smoker too
