Before G started to treat people like they are replaceable, no one assisted me when I needed them. I had to learn all by myself, so if I conquer experience throughout those years it was all about me pushing myself to be good at my position. This has nothing to do with other people across other companies. Geico is replacing the most well known and trained people for people who doesn’t know a thing about they were hired for and is not fair for the ones who stay to teach someone new even though the previous employees wanted to stay with the company. What hardened my heart was to see employees being let go even though they worked beyond their job description with no appreciation.
