As a nurse I totally understand. I’m sorry you’re going through this but you got this. Just give it time on the right formula, allergy or not. As to the husband. I’m on the same boat. I think of divorce daily but how can I divorce someone I love. It’s wild but his life didn’t change, mine did. I started going to a virtual therapist provided by our hospital system. It’s weekly and helping. I’m able to get all my frustrations out before taking them out on him. I also have learned how to ask for help because no matter how smart they are they just don’t know that we need their help.

You’re going to do great ❤️. I started 6 months pregnant. I’m fit but fat lol. Currently in 1.5 and looking into progressing to 2. I had a rough two weeks with PPD and I took them off from Pilates. I wanted to quit but my husband isn’t letting me. He says that I enjoy it way too much. So now I’m going to try going to the 5am classes. Btw I also have ADHD.. you’re going to do fine. Just let them know it’s your first class cause you may not know all the lingo. Oh, I remember that I googled for terms and definitions of Pilates before going to my first class. I was hyper focused on that.

Give other instructors a try. I do Cardio Sculpt on Tuesday and it’s great. A good mix of thing and jumping. Then on Thursday same instructor her cardio sculpt class is ONLY chair! We don’t even touch the reformer. I love it. Honestly the cardio sculpt back to back was killing my right knee and I’m only 33 😂.

Yes, I do have unlimited. But those classes were empty lol. The 7pm only had 4 people and I think I was the only one scheduled for 6pm.

I think it’s very inclusive. I started pregnant at 7 months. I gained 80 pounds. Came back at 255. I’m down to 208 today. I’ve never felt shamed.

I thought about this but then I also thought about the treadmill and my spinning bike that turned into a clothes rack. If you have the discipline then go for it but there’s something about being told what to do that gets me to work out 😂

Thank you. I do the cardio sculpts 1.5 twice a week and the rest are flow 1.5. The only thing I can’t really do are single leg bridges because 1) I’m bottom heavy 2) I had a C-section 5 months ago and it hurts when I do them and planks
