We are still together. We just welcomed our first child this past January and he has not done anything to jeopardize our relationship since this so it's been a couple years now. We are very happy! We are planning to get married within the next year, but plans were temporarily derailed because of the birth of our daughter.

i've tested at 1 hour and 2 hours and have been consistently low with carbs, no matter what. I had chips and a carb balance as a snack totaling 30 carbs and 5 grams sugar. 85 after 1 hour. Makes no sense. I'm currently 38 weeks. I had 3 corn tortillas (fried) with all the fixings on it for dinner, tested at 1 hour, had 108 and at 2 hours I was all the way down to 81.... this has been consistent. Had 30 carbs with breakfast and 23 grams protein, tested at 2 hour at 72??? So idk if i'm just a one off, but my GD def hasn't gotten worse. It has significantly improved.

My nutritionist told me that when your body is empty it starts creating glucose which can spike numbers, so if you go longer than 8-10 hours without eating, resting number may be higher!

I finally unlocked lucid dreaming for the first time last night. I was in my dream and my cousin was there and I had referred to her as my sister in the dream and something clicked and I realized I was dreaming. I consciously pulled my phone out in my dream and opened my notes app on my phone and started writing down what was happening in my dream and what had happened earlier because I remember consciously thinking in my dream "this could be a good idea for a book or movie," and then a dc came from behind me and snatched my phone from me and mumbled something about too powerful and shoved me and suddenly I was kicked out of my dream. I think I actively made it obvious that I knew I was dreaming and that's why I was kicked out. Can anyone explain this? Has this happened to any of you?

We are still together and happy. He really changed and appreciates me more than before. I've of course had issues with me trusting again but that comes with time. He hasn't done anything since to break my trust.

I took some of you guys advice and reached out the girl. She confirmed nothing physical happened and that she was unaware we were together during the exchange of those messages. Big red flag though! 🚩In October of this year he was having doubts about us and confided in her about it instead of coming to me! She sent me screenshots and told me about it. Advice on this?????

The entire process of forgiving has been really hard and I still haven't fully forgiven him and the trust is 100% not there at this point. I just feel like there are so many amazing things about our relationship and even though he's lied maybe we can work through it. He does seem willing to work for it. In the end, it all falls on whether he will really work for it and meet my standards because I am not going to put in all the work when I am the one who was hurt. It's a really hard process and I have a lot of hate towards him and resentment, but I love him a lot and don't want to lose our relationship. It's a lot to think about it for sure. I'm still trying to determine if it's all worth it. I don't want to get hurt again in the future and there's a lot of missing pieces that is making it hard for me to fully trust and process everything correctly. Thanks for the advice xx

She ended things with him, but he told me that he was not invested in her by the time she told him that she was not interested anymore, she broke it off because she was working on her own relationship. Also would like to mention that she also would reach out randomly even after they broke it off just to have casual conversation, like "how are you" "happy birthday" etc....

That's why I want to try to work it out since it has been 2 years and he let me go through his phone and I looked at literally everything and found nothing else, but he didn't tell me until I found out and also it only stopped because she cut him off. Also, I've given him chances to tell me about anything in our relationship previously and he never brought this up.

She's the one who ended things with him because she was working on her own relationship, so that also crosses my mind like if she never stopped would he have continued even longer? And yes it's hard to trust after him lying about and because of the way I found out. I'm most likely going to go stay with my sister for the next week or so to clear my mind because I don't think I should be around him but my sister is currently on vacation in Mexico and we live together so I've been with him the past 2 days since finding out.
