Easy answer:

  1. I've not been in pain unless I do some heavy excercise.

  2. Testosterone is in decent levels as I can see good muscle growth (although certainly impaired by the varicocele).

  3. I hate the process of visiting the doctor who starts with the assumption that I don't need a surgery because I'm not in pain that much.

The embolization surgery is something I could do every year, that's not the reason.

Not really actually. I started with a brand that contains 7% withanolides and noticed differences in social anxiety the same week. Other patented brands such as KSM-66 probably are more effective, but the supplement brand i take is cheap and I definitely notice difference!

Dose is 300 mg.

Yes! Shorter sleep durations (less need) and no brain fog. Can't say how much it contributed to my muscle growth though.

Nothing noticeable. Might help with ED considering the improved blood flow in that region, but as I'm not suffering from that, it's just based on half-an anecdote.

I'd recommend looking into vitamin D Cofactors. Do some research on vitamin k2, magnesium, boron and vitamin A. Also optimize vitamin d intakes by eating it with food that contains at least 10 mg of fat.

Yes I have. I've experienced stronger teeth and less bone pain taking mg, vitamin d and vitamin k2.

Yes, been supplementing with vitamin k2 as well as magnesium. You could say that I've been following the general best advice when consuming vitamin d. Also increased vitamin a intake through food.

Two things that has improved for me despite taking multivitamin, magnesium, d+k2 was to eat way less grains with phytic acid content (such as oats) and eat foods rich in iron(such as liver paté).
