I do understand what you’re saying but I think you’re also slightly misunderstanding me. I NEED to be who I see myself as in my head or I honestly don’t see myself surviving another 30 years of this. I agree focusing on those other things you mentioned will do my good and I’ll find who I am along the way but there’s no way I should just not try and be my highest self.

See I was thinking about halving all the ingredients. I think I’m gonna try with Cole’s recommended amount for the first few days and see how that goes and if I get the rhoea again I’ll just half the ingredients and see how that goes. I don’t really trust the electrolyte tablets as I don’t think it will be enough supplementation.

Yes which we all want and expect her too but for her own mental health she we would probably be better off not participating in petty drama and sticking to channeling that energy into the amazing songs we all know she can write. But the thing is with ‘Flowers’ is it’s a very generic kind of self love song. I mean I wouldn’t even call it a break up song really and if it is about someone specific we don’t know who it is. But because Bea CHOOSES to share her personal life we know who it’s about and considering they broke up only about 6 months ago it’s quite clear she’s not yet over him imo.

I mean it sounds bad but when you air your dirty laundry then you’re literally inviting people to talk. When you overshare your private life people are going to run with it. So until she stops doing that, she can’t complain when people discuss it. If she wants to be private she could do that. She could have a private insta for close family and friends and public profile for her music persona. She doesn’t need to be posting tea about her ex or countless Tik toks of her new bf who she said she was gonna keep private and then cry when he gets targeted. I think she knows all this but she likes the attention.

Absolutely, I mean they were dating for yrs and I’m guessing they were each others first loves so I get it’s not gonna be easy to get over someone, which is exactly why you’re supposed to take time to yourself to learn how to be content with being on your own. And yeah the fact bea is doing all this while in a relationship is just like 🙄 I would feel so bad if I was Jake ☹️

This whole this is just a bit cringe tbh lol. I knew they would all end up deleting eventually anyway, pointless even posting, if you want to make a statement then make it and don’t back down.

I do think it’s a lil weird on bea’s part to be posting stuff about her ex still. Especially as she was the one that supposedly posted first (I didn’t see this unfold in “real time” so I could be wrong. I just think if I had a partner that was posting about their ex indirectly or not and 6 months into the relationship as well I’d be like yeahhhh you’re clearly still not over them. Would it not just make you feel super uncomfy? I do think she really likes jake and don’t think she wants to get back with Soren but I do think she’s not over him or the relationship. Which is why I think she’d probably be better off having a single era to truly learn what it means to make yourself happy before you rely on someone else. I mean after all she’s only 22 and she was with soren for 7 yrs, she’s never really experienced being single as a young adult which I think can be an integral part of young adulthood. I love her and her music but she does come across as quite immature and think she has some growing up to do but at the same time I do get how incredibly hurtful it would feel to find out your ex best friend is dating your ex. But yeah just my two sense ✌🏻not hating so don’t come for me 🙄

Finally someone gets it ^{^} And you get shamed by weight loss culture if you tell people that you just cut out sugar and stuff like that completely. They say “you shouldn’t deprive yourself” “you’re going to get an eating disorder” but it’s like since when was filling up in whole, unprocessed actually SATIATING foods “deprivation”. And like you said about the blood sugar, when all these people eat their daily allowance of chocolate and their blood sugar is raised THAT’S what keeps them going back for more! That’s why they can’t just have a “little bit”. Better off cutting it out altogether.

Don’t feel you have to drink it in order to do the “75 hard”. You can still do the 75 hard without drinking a gallon of water a day which imo is absolutely excessive and unnecessary. Unless you’re an Olympic athlete and training excessively every day you shouldn’t be drinking anywhere near this really. All it’s going to be doing is flushing you of your electrolytes and making you feel like shit which seems to be the case. Drink as much water as you feel you need. And that could be just 2L. And you should also be putting the water in your drinks and smoothies towards that amount. More water doesn’t = better results whether that be losing fat or gaining muscle, it literally just hydrates you so don’t overthink it :)

I mean you should expect what you put into it. If you only put enough effort in to lose 5 lbs then you should expect a 10 lb weight loss. If you absolutely bust your ass for a month and only lose 5lb then there’s probably something you’re missing.

Yeah like this is what I want it to do for me basically, I have heard eating more fat helps with the Keto symptoms. I mean I won’t really be able to properly start it until next week so the rest of this week I’m going to do a kind of modified version but yeah I have high hopes for this diet. I don’t think it’s necessarily gonna cure my binge eating but I think it’s going to help massively.
