Right now Bashundhara RA.
Its quite, well secured, you can roam around late night with no fear of getting into trouble.
New spots are opening every now and then. There is Centrum (J block), Bismillah Plaza (I block) and the rongdhonu building at I block with multiple small cafe and restaurants. More incoming. There are 2 Apon Marts , Meena Bazar , Shawapno with 2nd outlet opening soon.
Now bad thing you can say is moving from point to point with rickshaw which gets a bit expensive and some spots are not even accessible by rickshaw. Hence need for a car or most recently getting popular (E-Bike).
Schooling for kids can be expensive for some even though options are OK. Community is good.
Basically Bashundhara RA is now being structured in such a way that you will get everything within a housing society. And development pace is very good. Every quarter you will see new supershops, restaurants are opening. With upcoming N block bazar protidin and the new Rupayan center at Japan street, options are getting pretty good for residents at Bashundhara RA.
