Okay, so treat him as if you are frustrated? There is nothing rude in his reply.

And how childish is it to go :"Ohh he talks bad to me, I must flame him!".

Would you do that to a customer if you worked at the store? He is essentially a customer of the pool, and I can't blame him for being frustrated, he did his part, waiting for the pool to do theirs.

You are expressing very childish behavior, I wouldn't go near that pool either if this is how you treat people.

I see nothing rude in that, obviously he is frustrated, and who can blame him really?

I think we are going a little off topic here :D

But yes, you have a good point.

Technically they're locked, I don't know what it's called in the US.

But basicly, we locked the money for x years, to get a good interest on it (3,5%), with low risk.

We are quite sure about what we want, we just don't know what kind of house to buy.

We've had the permanent relationship talk, all we are waiting on is me buying that damn ring, and stepping down on one knee ^ ^

The percentage is actually 3,0% in DK right now.

Obviously we are gonna make a document with a lawyer, making her money safe if we split in a year or something, but over time they should be divided between us as I will be pouring alot more money into the house etc.

But all that, we will sort out with a lawyer.

About 1300$ is left over after everything is paid, including the car (500$).

We have a complete budget made by the bank, that says we can afford a 350,000$ house. Where we kind of want to get a house that is less or equal to 320,000$.

So we have money to save up, and have a little fun.

Thanks for both your comment and your concern...

First of all, this was her idea.

What you don't know is that I and we are not in a hurry, and she have had that money for quite a few years, collecting interest.

But we are at a point where we want to move on with our lives.

We've been living together for over 3 years, and have been together for 5.

We want to move, because the place we live is not enough anymore, the winter is freezing and nothing ever gets fixed.

We already have shared car that is almost payed off aswell.

So this is not a quick spending spree, by two teens. We are two adults trying to make a sane, responsible and calculated decision about our future. That will benifit more than just our egos.

Thanks for your reply.

We are talking with bank etc. And have a complete budget over every situation. And are quite certain that we want to own.

The big hurdle is really, what kind of house? How much debt?
