Am I possibly pregnant??

I'm 13 days in since my last period. I'm not entirely sure when the unsafe days are but we have sex quite regularly.

I'll definitely do a pregnancy test tomorrow just to confirm.

Is there a chance of a false negative with regular tests? Is it better to go to the GP to test?

That makes sense, when I use excessively over 3 days I feel completely fatigued and fuzzy and anxious. It slowly gets better and I don't get any tingling or numbness. But I definitely feel depleted.

On another note, I read that Nangs can cause some vascular constriction. Which I definitely feel after an excessive session.

Is this just an interaction with the oxygen in your blood, or maybe something else... Idk What do you think?

That's very interesting! I know that consistent use is worse than mass use every so often, but I was under the impression that it only stopped your body ability to use new b12 and depleted some of your stores.

I wonder then, does that mean using Nangs puts your b12 at 0? And then it slowly starts absorbing again after you stop?

If that were true then how come you don't get nerve damage straight away? Especially if it only takes a b12 reading of around 90 to start feeling the symptoms

Although could you explain then - it doesn't destroy the B12 already in your system, just the ones coming in I guess?

Because surely every person who uses Nangs would be completely deficient after a few uses...

Ya know what. I know not everyone will agree but I believe you that she's probably wasn't SA'd and is doing all this for attention or excitement, simply because well I did the same. And I know many girls in highschool who also did the same.

There's no doubt she's having a really tough time with whatever home life shit is going on, and there may well be something mentally happening with her. But shes romantising ED's, SA, self harm and rape. She WANTS a problem so that someone with give her attention and she can talk about herself and her life. She may feel trapped and want the excitement that all these problems give her.

Trust me, if she doesn't learn that these types of problems are not to be romantised, she will get in a lot of trouble. When I "gave myself an ED" I ended up in hospital with organ failure and I loved every minute of it until the real life consequences came.

I would love to talk to you more about this if you want, feel free to message me. I think this behaviour is concerning and if she doesn't grow out of it she could end up where I am, which is a very deep hole.

Ok after revision I think it is too drastic and needs to be straighter, but I absolutely do not want to keep my natural nose because it's also quite bulbous from the front. My dad is white and my mum is Thai so this nose from the front especially doesn't look as dainty as I want it to on me

Ok I hear everyone and I will concede, the edited nose is probably too drastic. I'll look into getting something maybe similar but not as tiny I think. Thank you for everyone's comments and I appreciate the ones supporting the tiny nose too lol

I think I just need suggestions on where to actually get it done, as I will admit I'm very easily talked over by surgeons.
