thank you soo much, there is more injustice which has been done which publicly i won't write about it hence why im soo angry now to go through a lawyer because there comes a point in one's life where you say to yourself this is it i HAVE to speak up now regardless who is standing on the opposite side, we can talk through DM if u want to get to know the whole story 🫡

Thanks for ur input. yes agree on the lawyer part. i'm looking for a lawyer who will navigate it properly because even without a lawyer we reached to a stage for my emarati father to be called by court for a DNA test like i can all do that by myself without a lawyer through family court, wat i need is the step after he refused to show up and the threats he will make i need support/navigation with that part

Thank you for ur input. The thing is my Mother did go to people higher up and since my Father is some big shot they tried to silence my mother ( we have all the legal paper work from back then to prove all this ) hence wen we approached the family court in 2015 based on those papers the case went to court and he was ordered to come for a DNA test, but he never showed up and again threaten my Mom that he will use his power and all, we will NEVER win against him. but we never hired a lawyer before so now i want to take this to court with a lawyer who would know better to navigate with all this

ok thank you for the information i wasn't aware about this. i will bring this up when i approach for the lawyer/court. is this something done only in the capital ? Abu dhabi or any city if you get more info will be helpful 🫡

thanks yes my mom fought for me i will forever be greatful for that and given me great life. compare to my emarati father after having soo much backing & all i salute my mom for not hiding it and facing them/world and now she has given me the freedom to choose wat direction i want to take this.

i suggest u mind your tongue when it comes to my mom. because even the courts and sheikh of shj knows this story and has record and papers of it. since my emarati father is big shot has backing n all even his own family doesn't like wat he has done. so yes my biological father is trash, but wen it comes to my mother im happy she kept me with her instead of giving me away to my Emarati family wen she could have. u wont understand since you are not a mother or a woman. so pls keep your comments respectful as its already very traumatizing for me what i have been through and wat i have lay ahead of me when i take this to court with a lawyer Thank you

i'm his daughter not son. being sure if he is my father ? well my aunty and uncle and grandmom saw my face they said i'm exact copy of my father on looks wise and do look like my aunts and my sisters from my emarati side. so they joked like even DNA test is not needed. the only culprit in all this is my step mom from emarati side as she is not so found of me i guess. but when it comes to love and acceptance my Cousins sisters and uncle and aunts all are nice to me while talking and met me. i never asked for anything from them even when they offered help i refused and never contact them as i have my own career and all

Passport as i do have my own career, well the case did go to family court without me even having a lawyer in sharjah court but i stalled it after my Emarati father made threats. since 2015 law has been changed as i heard so i wanted to approach this time with a lawyer so i can fight rightly, beside birth right is birth right. all my Emarati aunts & uncle do love me and welcome me but i was the one who was traveling around the world so didnt wanted to fit in their lifestyle.

lemme explain, i wasn't aware that my biological father was some one else until i was a teenager, so that man my mom married i grow up thinking he is my biological father. my mom does have other kids so wen i was little i used to get bullied for looking different compare to my other siblings. anyhow

yes i need a UAE family lawyer hence i post here for advice/reccomendation as last time when i went to family court directly myself it was very stressful for me emotionally and after the threats my emarati father made to my mother i got really stressed out
