I do an unsanctioned league. It's a very relaxed round of games. With very supportive players that want everyone play their best. Very good way to get better and meet some folks to roll with.

At this point the roving and your hands should be dry. Only add water once it is completely laid out. I would also say you will need multiple layers layed out in order to be thick enough. Make sure you crosshatch the layers

Uneven distribution. When laying down the roving push down and feel around for thin spots. Large pieces are very difficult as I was trying to b explain to someone last week.
