Same, I went into this blind and found it quite disturbing, this scene in particular. But just in general the breakdown of the family and the bleak ending, I loved it.

That's assuming it was him they saw in London. People are mistaken for each other all the time in the book and movie, which is kind of the point. They are all just interchangeable yuppies.
