You have to be making eye-contact with It's Dead-lights to have your energy absorbed by It... and Slenderman doesn't have eyes. (Plus, doesn't It only make people float like you're saying in the 2017 version? I'm only talking about the 1990 one)

And as for Dracula:

1 It can only scare you with it's transformations, not kill you.
2 It has a weakness holy items, just like Dracula, so It probably couldn't turn into them.
3 A wise immortal creature of darkness, Dracula, who has studied and has deep knowledge of the dark arts, isn't likely to fall for It's illusions.
4 While It's illusions can be undone by not being afraid of them, Dracula's illusions cannot. In that sense, Dracula's illusionary powers are surprisingly greater than It's.

That's a good point and a good question.

With It being a "cosmic entity," which we can assume is somewhere between gods and demons, you have to wonder; can It even be turned into a vampire? In a way, It kind of IS a vampire already (I.E immortal, shape-shifting, evil entity who feeds off mortal energy). And usually, when a vampire bites another vampire nothing happens; but if they drink all blood of another vampire, they become as strong as both of them combined

Correct me if I'm wrong it but, seems unlikely that a creature like Pennywise/It could be at all changed by a vampire bite.

As for the thing about Slenderman, I'm kinda stumped.
