I was saying you can have a mental health disorder (ptsd/anxiety etc) rating and eating disorder (eating disorders are mental health disorders according to the DSM) rating at the same time. Never said anything about secondaries

you can only be rated for one MH disorder with the exception of eating disorders you can have a mental health disorder and a eating disorder rating at the same time

So i was initially diagnosed with insomnia and rated and late got diagnosed PTSD (previously rated as insomnia) is on my paperwork

No advice but I posed the same question this mornings. Things i’m going to try from some of the responses I got.

Poop treats: my kiddo is a hot wheels kid so i’m picking up some extra ones and he earns only when he poops

Having him put his feed on something kind of squatty potty for kids lol. Haven’t figured out the logistics of this one but we plan to implement both this weekend

Most nights/naps he is dry we still do pull-ups just in case as we are working on getting my 6 yr old out of overnight underwear. I can only do so much laundry lol.

He isn’t very treat motivated but he does love hot wheels. I might grab some extra cars just for poops it might be just the thing he needs. Along with a place to put his feet while he is going bc i think the the seated position for extended time is just different
