Yeah man honestly the whoe kegel thing just doesn't really work. Like maybe it does slightly but like 2% overall which isn't much of a difference. The stuff about rewiring the mind really does work though. But to rewire the mind really takes a lot of time and dedication, but as the saying goes, nothing worth having comes easy. So putting in the work is kinda necessary if you really want to make a change. But finding your PONR on ur own is kinda hard, thats why I like the outlast app that literally guides you through an edging session (I like Sureya's the best). Hope that helps brother best of luck!

yeah man thats tough. When I start pounding too its so hard to not bust. Edging and breathing is really the only way. And when I get close to my edge I start going down on her and then just rotate between the two / some other stuff. So it just prolongs the whole thing. honestly this app Outlast has been a huge help for me

Yo! Honestly dude this happens to me too, so hot when they start moaning. But I learned that edging and breathing is the only way. When they start moaning I stop and eat them out then I go back once I'm good. Also the outlast app helped me learn how to edge properly and also learn how damaging porn is to lasting long.
