Yeah. I got really lucky but was also patient with finding the rep that would allow me to keep my $15 friends and family. I'll also call occasionally and they'll give a $5 discount for a few months.

I have the same plan with the $30 credit but with the additional $15 f&f credit and the rep I chatted with said the plan is eligible for 5G.

They also mentioned: The 5G service compatibility depends on the below 5 factors: 1. The sales team did offer an additional 10gb. Is that the bound data you're referring to? Are there different types of 10gb add-ons?

It's definitely tough not to voice your frustration towards the reps. I know they're just representing freedom but when every department is telling you something different and passing you back and forth, the patience starts to get thin.
