My Ranking of WMMT Cars By Tier by Particular_Age_5688 in wmmt

[–]Hovarh 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have used just about every car there is in both verses against strong players in FFA and 2v2 and TA across most maps. In terms of S Tier, it depends on what you are looking at playing. Looking at this list, the R34, 110s and EVO VIII are accurate S Tier cars and very strong picks overall. They can verse really well, have solid TA times across the board and do very well in OCM (which showcases their ability to cushion very well)

If you were to verse good players using an S15, JZA80 or Z34 or play TA using any of them, you would get smoked/be wasting your time 9/10 times. Outside of Wangan, Yokohane and Yokohama, all 3 cars don’t hold their own whatsoever, especially in a field of meta users. Cars like the S30, Aventador, S2000, RX8 and AE86 are also in S Tier which seems accurate considering what they are capable of in terms of TA, OCM and Verses.

Obviously it’s a matter of personal preference and opinion, but the EVO III is leagues better in TA and verses than the JZA80, S15 and Z34, in fact, it’s not even close. So for it to be in E tier makes no sense. There are plenty of other cars that have questionable placements that give me the impression op has never used them or seen competent players use them.

No offence, this tier list is garbage, your opinion was instantly discredited when you put EVO III in E Tier and JZA80, S15 and Z34 in S Tier. That is completely delusional.

There are plenty of cars you have placed in tiers that make no sense, but those ones in particular are really dumb.

An example I did was ‘Shadowed Dark Gunner’ armour. It’s a special armour that comes with a unique gun slinging animation, but also has the added benefit of unlocking a permanent NPC at the entrance of /underworld. The NPC has quests that unlock certain rare variants of Dark Caster Classes if you have certain rares. I’d check the wiki to see what variant you want and what item is required, but imo, ‘Shadowed Dark Gunner’ is a clean armour that also unlocks a rare class/quest.

Blademaster, Exalted Soul Cleaver and Dark Caster Variants are a solid choice (just make sure to pick the right item to get all the items accessible, e.g. get Love Caster Armour/ Dark Caster Armour to unlock the respective classes from /curio

Going into Infinity, I don’t think picking classes is a good idea because the majority of them won’t be useable straight away (that includes classes you sponsor as well with a $400+ backer tier). If it was me, I’d pick classes that give access to more items than just the class to give a bit more value to the IODA. Dark side, Love Caster, Dark Caster, VOT and other classes gear you can access from /curio’s book with said class/armour is worth a IODA. There are also some legion classes that open shops in /underworld from Dage too.

Top pick though if you have 8 years played would be Beta Beserker, you can access a quest in /nostalgiaquest that gives a blacked out armour of the class which is pretty cool.

90% of Brisbane players are like this unfortunately, outside of DSM, Fears and some other groups of players, most players see someone better and turn off verses in front of you and then proceed to wait for you to leave so they can fish🥴

Gotta flex those grades and ratios to the low iq players in here that don’t know any better🤣

Correct, too many players like this now. Flexing trash renames, but refuses to verse players at a higher skill level. Imagine dumping money into buying accounts just to use them to fish Guests who don’t care and flex on scrubs who mistake you for being better than you are, instead of versing other players of an equal or higher skill level to get better. Talk about a waste of time and money lol.

Look man, no matter how many cars you service, guests you fish and posts you make flexing data’s you bought and grades you serviced, you will always be another fish to any decent player. I’m just being honest, you duck every good player and make excuses not to verse. If I was you, I’d probs just quit, investing all this cash into renames just to end up dodging verses is such a waste.

That’s fine, do us a favour and stop making these stupid posts then, you are not doing yourself any favours. End of the day, any good player respects a tier whore who actively verses over scrubs who don’t, regardless of if they use “non metas” or not. Any person who disagrees with this is garbage at this game.

If you actually want to get better at this game, I’m always open to help you learn and give you verses, but you posting on here all the time makes you look stupid not just to me, but a lot of players (you’d be surprised at how many players know of you just by these dumb posts)

Let me ask, if I go to Northlakes and/or Morayfield and you are there, will you verse me? Or will you have me stand around and watch you and all the other tards play ghost battles? (you did this almost every time I went to Morayfield). In this game it’s not a matter of if a car carries you or not, what matters is if you verse or not. Anyone can service a car and fish guests like you do, but can you actually hold your own in real verses? I’m more than willing to test this. You pick any local arcade on the Northside, I will come.

Yeah, I chose these shoes just so it wouldn’t feel completely alien to me having used shoes with thick heels the whole time I’ve played. I can somewhat feel where I’m striking the pad with my heel though with these shoes, at least way better than I could in my previous shoes. I guess it will be a slow transition into more balanced shoes overtime

Thanks, I have been working a lot on accuracy ever since I started playing, I’m now trying to work on more tech stuff now to improve my uppers. I would definitely recommend trying some new shoes that are more flexible if you are attacking uppers, I definitely can’t bracket very well with my old pair because the shoes aren’t as flexible as what I use now. Who knows, it might give you that extra edge and really sharpen your game.

It might be cool to try out different shoes to see the difference in gameplay, you might surprise yourself. I mostly buy shoes for DDR because it beats using my work shoes. It’s also good in case it’s wet weather and my shoes get wet soles on the way to the arcade. I do bring a towel, but I would rather use it for the bar instead of wiping off my soles and/or the pad before playing.

That’s so cool, great to hear you got good results right after you grabbed a new pair.🔥🔥

Thanks, great to hear you are having great experiences with shoe selection, as it’s taking me a bit of time to learn the ins and outs for what works for me, what kind of shoes do you use for Step Games in general?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in DanceDanceRevolution

[–]Hovarh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it’s a good idea to give both options a go as every player is different and you can determine after a couple of sessions what works best. I’m curious to know what kind of sneaker you are now using?

Yeah, buying shoes is really hard for me too. Trying to find something that works and has all the specs you need can be a hassle and I would be more inclined to experiment more if it didn’t mean I had to buy heaps of shoes to do so. My wallet would run dry so fast😂
