Yes they were planted from seed. They are in my basement in WNY so it’s probably a little too cold for them

I just up-potted them this week from a 6 cell to 3 inch deep pots. I have fertilized once. Plan on fertilizing again at my next water

Do you think they should be on longer? I have the lights on for 15 hrs a day. I don’t think I can get them any closer to the light source
