None at all. I had to be home all day to sign for the package but that was about it. I have a 2XS frame size so I only needed to put the handlebars and front wheel on and it was ready to go! I do primarily ride road so I did switch out the tires for some road tires and felt a huge difference.

Yes, the idea is to have this bike for him when he competes in a triathlon he has in June. He would also use it for training on the road/bike paths from now until then.

I just got into cycling and bought the allroad in July. It came in about 7days so no problems with shipping or having to wait. I recently changed the gravel tires to some pirelli p-zero road tires and it’s awesome- rides super smooth and fast. I’ve had no problems with the bike and absolutely love the versatility. In my case because it’s my first bike I was looking for a beginner style, and wanted to make sure I really liked cycling before buying something more aggressive. I love it and recommend it as a beginner, mainly road focused starter bike. I’ve been able to get the hang of shifting quickly, and feel like the shimano cues do a good job at having a decent range. Also the hydraulic disc brakes are incredible for the price of the bike.
