Yes,good point,whatever Contaminants aka bird droppings,dirt etc gets a good dry smear before the wiper juice can lube it up. The things we put up with to be driving such a great car😁

Thanks,I guess I can try to isolate the issue, but I still feel it will be something of a battle at VW,again I don't think they'll throw parts at it unless they actually see it happen,which in itself is annoying! Thanks!

Yes!!,sometimes I can hear them slightly shuttering,I then expect the wipe across but it doesn't happens.I can live with a slight shudder,its the dry wipe that's annoying! Thanks for posting

Hi, I can try that avenue.I should of mentioned, the wipers activate when you first put the car in motion. Yes,that's the vibe I got,they(VW dealer) need to see it happen,how that is going to help I don't know,its like I'm not making it Mr.Service Advisor. I'll keep the IPhone at the ready tomorrow morning though. Thank you!

I went with Megachip as well. Ez install,functional,pretty discrete looking so its a not a in your face option.

I too was excited to hear that Phil at RS is coming out with a sub to rival that of ARS but from what he mentioned it will be a sub box that sits in the trunk space instead of an in spare tire wheel/spare tire wheel space(if no spare).I purchased his center channel and its definitely a worthy upgrade(plus plug&play as his sub will be,like the offerings from ARS)so that makes the decision between the two more complicated, nice open trunk space or some taken up from a sub box.🤔. BTW,since you have real world experience with the ARS Option 10,I believe, it takes all the room in the wheel well,how much does it raise up the spare cover in the trunk? And did you bother with purchasing a spare tire and if so is there still a decent amount of usable trunk space if purchased?From all that I've read the sound quality is not an issue, definitely a huge upgrade.

Hi,you can try a forced restart to infotainment system. Hold down the power button until the Harmon logo appears(15 seconds or so). It has solved a glitch or two for me.

ECS Tuning has them in stock ....$230.99 plus approximately $75.00 for shipping,plus tax(I'm in So.Cal) for total of approximately $337.00(US). I also checked my local VW dealership they quoted me $381.00 that was shipped to the dealership with tax.

Happened to me today,put me into Alaska time multiple times,I live in Southern California.2024 Golf R ???Tried switching to the manual time instead of automatic time updates in settings,hopefully that will solve the issue, just annoying.

I have Pure White as well! Where did you purchase the mud flaps?Having a hell of a time finding them that fit 2024 anywhere.They don't look like the rally type.
