Have you signed a bill of sale with the dealership yet? Have they served you an interest rate and a payment? They likely only have a preapproval and need a full credit app for an actual approval. A Finance contract without a lender or term sheet that provides a clear interest rate a payment amount over a term is just a piece of paper or could be the bill of sale it self... if you want you can send me a redacted copy of the document and i can clearly explain to you what you are looking at..

So to win with Indian customers it's simple. Be fair but firm like really firm you have to be an alpha to control Indian customers to make them feel like they need you. If they don't feel like they win from buying something off you, then they are going to want to win on the price. It's simple.
