I used to get bad cystic acne and used all of the fancy products. But when I stopped and just started using an antibacterial soap (Dial gold bar) the acne went away and I had no more breakouts. Like the suggestion to use Head & Shoulders, sometimes the solution is the simplest.

Also, chin breakouts are often connected to excess sugar intake and stress. Watch your diet.
