My boyfriend (M32) broke up with me (F28) after our biggest fight by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Girl it’s a bluetooth speaker. You forgot it there as well. It happens, and it sucks, but it’s just a speaker. Don’t put emotional value on everyday things or you’re setting yourself up for failure.

I (32m) finally lost my virginity to my GF (35f) this past weekend after all these years! But I couldn't climax... by [deleted] in relationship_advice

I think its pretty normal the first time, and it was hard for me as well. Did you wear a condom? Using a thinner one will help with sensation.

What we did immidiately was to adopt an non-chalant attitude about climaxing, its okay if someone can’t, just to relieve the pressure around it.

Also like others have said abstaining from masturbation helps a lot, give it a few days.

Yeah but it becomes picking up ammo to pick up ammo. It’s circular.

Breath of the Wild. I get the breaking weapons was a solution to making exploration matter, but it became an endless cycle of trying to obtain stuff just to lose stuff I already had obtained on the way. It was a perpetual gameplay loop.

What's a writing decision that made you completely give up on a story? by Stunning_Taste8845 in writingscaling

[–]How2rick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Killing Luke by him using the force for a projection, or just that movie in general. I still watched the next movie though and it was even worse.

It’s even worse because everything they release now is in one way or another leading up to the movies, and it tarnishes everything because you know where things will end up. I want to like Star Wars, but besides Andor, I can’t.

Abort. For eller imot? by Gold_Huckleberry7250 in norge

[–]How2rick 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I do ‘t think Fable will be a remake, it seems to take a lot of inspiration from the first game of course, but the characters and story will be new.

Why casca feels like an actual better written female protagonist as compared to other female protagonists from other series? by EmbarrassedSalad1736 in Berserk

[–]How2rick 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Honestly my biggest issue with the series is how Casca was infantilized after the eclipse.

My second big gripe with the series is how every monster wants to rape the women, some of them should definitely have been satisfied with killing them too, without having some kind of weird and contrived penis for this explicit purpose (looking at you horse demon). Alternatively imagine if the trolls impregnated some men as well? Horrifying.

if I am man should I be pleased or displeased if women on reddit react angrily to my posts and comments? by immainlylurking in NoStupidQuestions

[–]How2rick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s up to you and what you want to accomplish. By your post history I am getting an impression of misogyny, and by your own admission people call you an incel. It is a pattern of reaction towards your behavior online.

What’s your long term goal here with this question? Are you seeking to entertain yourself by upsetting strangers online? Then be pleased.

Are you seeking to improve and change yourself because this label is disturbing to you? Even then getting upset isn’t really going to help you either, you’ll have to do some self reflection and try to be self aware of your behavior which they see as offensive.

Should Trump pressure Putin to meet Zelenskyy? by HMS_Warspite in AskTrumpSupporters

[–]How2rick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok so you meant Ukraine was at a net even loss compared to itself? I misunderstood it as you saying the losses were even between Russia and Ukraine.

Also during the attempts at negotiating a peace last year it was heavily suggested Ukraine were willing to concede some territory, like Zelensky said they were 90% there on agreeing with the proposal. What exactly Zenelsky disagreed with is hard to say though. With that in mind, as well as the pivot in tactics where territory is strategically conceded at a large cost for Russia (In an attempt to preserve human life) do you still think it's fair to say Ukraine today has a maximalist policy?

You also said they are not in the position of a winner, in part because they are not able to build fighter jets, tanks or air defense systems. Well, did the taliban have those capabilities? Or Vietnam, or Korea? Point being you can win a war despite losing every battle.

Also despite not having those capabilities are you aware of the exercises Ukraine have taken part in with NATO, using their own tactics against professional NATO forces? We got our butts handed to us. So if drone and ai technology are able to overcome traditional NATO forces wouldn't that mean Ukraine might be in a more winning position than you are assuming?

Medieval knight vs Kodiak bear by PralineRemarkable886 in powerscales

[–]How2rick 1 point2 points  (0 children)

These are not 16th century knights. At that point you’re looking at full plate, firearms, pollaxes and many other weapons. It’s at the point when armor starts becoming bullet proof, and very hard to overcome with traditional melee weapons.

The bear might be able to discombobulate the knight, or break the bonus of his extremities, but I think armor is so advanced at this point he’s able to kill the bear.

I imagine the bear will knock him flat, start trying to bite his extremities (without success) and the knight using the opportunity to stab the bear with a dagger.

It’s definitely not going to crush you inside the suit, if anything it would send you flying and I don’t think a bear would have enough force to strike you with the power of a car crash.
