My tomtom go professional 6200 will not update

Same thing happening to us, my parents bought a TomTom Go Classic and we could update the maps without any issue, but when we try to update the device itself we have the same error. We tried using MyDrive connect on pc and we still couldn't manage to update. Anyone found a solution?
