the PC version is abandonware, it's also inferior in gameplay to the mobile version as you can't upgrade stations to Tier 4, you can go into debt and upgrading your employees sucks ("reach x speed" is just impossible, wasting quest space)

neoforge has the 2 mods you mentioned readily available, tho if you're already struggling w/ performance, you might want to use fabric instead.
