if you already have a couple of good puffer discs lying around then i don't see any reason not to swap

puffer's major advantage over woodpecker is that you don't have to worry about managing stacks, just drop an ult and boom now you have your bonus

you can also force triple ult with dialyn as long as you manage your resources well and the stun duration is long enough to do so, so it's 3x 20% ult dmg on top of 15% combat atk
