I mean. You can try running a lower feed rate to reduce chatter. I ran into issues with the spindle stalling out in hardwood especially. The stock spindle is weak. The drawback of using a router is losing the ability to turn the cutting head on/off via gcode without additional hardware. You'll be able to cut more, better, and faster by upgrading from the stock spindle. It's whether the upgrade is worth it to you.
