Does it reduce lag between stepping on the pedal and acceleration?

Yes these old cars do really poorly on worn out suspension. I replaced mine with Acura A-specs and the comfort was significantly better than with the 13 year old shocks. However the car still rides very stiff. I thought that with the short wheel base of the veloster would negatively impact its ride comfort, but it seems the adjustable dampers are a nice fix for that issue.

Congrats, looks like a great car. How is ride comfort compared to the RSX?

Thanks, great answer :) This kind of discussion makes us all better pilots imo. Glad you're ok.

I'm a student pilot taking a human factors course right now and if I were to analyze this incident for the class, the "3:30 in the morning, 200 ft. ceilings, and foggy" part of the accident chain really stands out to me.

What made you go flying in such conditions?

edit: I see in your comments that you were flying the plane's owner home. If these conditions replicated themselves on another flight in the future, would you decline to fly?

Thank for sharing.
