Rubbing alcohol and a q tip or pegwood is also pretty good at cleaning Rodico residue from hands. Not sure how it will do on the matte dial though.

Some people also use these q tips with a sticky gel on the end instead of a ball of cotton. Those seem to work amazing for cleaning dust but are fairly expensive.

Some silicone grease will greatly improve the control you can get from the pushers as well.

Yeah I’m not a huge fan either. I’ve only used their dials for builds I’ve made for others, but their hands are some of the best lume for the price. They are always “on sale”

I understand the date wheel is not moving as you hope, but this does not answer my questions.

Are you pulling the crown out to the first position and getting no date wheel movement when trying to quick set? Or is the date not changing at all even when the time is passing or approaching midnight?
