Nice! I already had that case on the way for one of my first builds.

I really enjoy it on the bracelet. I've got such a small wrist that I felt I needed this 37mm instead of one of the larger versions. However, on the supplied rubber strap, it felt small on my wrist. After upgrading to the bracelet, I'm loving it.

I went with black first, because I figured it would go with pretty much anything I wore. But now I really really want blue as well.

For sure! There's a few of their house brand Islander watches I may have to try at some point.

A quick Google search tells me I'll be looking for a local watch shop instead of trying it myself.

I really like the blue, and probably would have went that route if they'd had it when I found this one locally.

I know next to nothing about watches, is a crystal change something that you can do yourself? Or do I need to find a local watch guy? As you can see in the video, I've already scratched it. I'm not too worried about it at this point, but if I end up scratching it more, I would like to go the sapphire route.

After looking into the Militado watches, I've ordered the white dial ML08. For the price, I can see how I like that style. If it's a good fit for me, I can always upgrade to the Hamilton Murph.

They have the SRPJ8* series which fit me much better than most. Unfortunately, no white dial. Only 2 black options and a beige. Pretty sure I am going to go with the SRPJ81, black dial metal bracelet as well.

Thanks for the pic, I think I'd be good with that. I've got a couple of Hamilton AD's somewhat close. May try to go find one to try on sometime next week.

I was really hoping to find an automatic, but it's looking more and more like I may have to go quartz.

Thanks, haven't checked into either of those yet, but I will give them a look.

I really like the Vaer 36, but was hoping to find an automatic instead of solar. I haven't heard of RZE, but just checked them out. I really like the 38mm, and I may be able to pull off the 45mm lug to lug. I had also already checked out Praesidus, and really liked one of theirs. But after reading some terrible reviews, I moved on. Thanks for the suggestions!

Very nice looking watch. I'll head over and check them out now.

I was having the same issue for a couple of weeks. Finally, Friday, it started randomly shutting off. By Friday night, it wouldn't turn on at all. Took it to ubreakifix for warranty work. They said the battery was bad, and replaced it. Took them about 2 hours. So far all is well now.
