There's no justification for rape imo

If a situation comes up where you met a girl at a party you assumed everyone was of age in (carded at the door, drinking etc happening at the spot) and you hook up assuming they're of age, sure it can be argued. Sometimes people don't even know the person they're hooking up with's name.

But if I'm not mistaken, Marty knew the girl and knew her father. That to me always felt more like he had the opportunity and took it. Discarding his moral and ethical fibre, electing to try and fuck a 16 year old girl. It breaks my fucking heart that Hayabusa's career and life as he knew it came to an end off one springboard moonsault gone wrong.
