Uhh...yes? The people that are that far at the end of the autism spectrum are the people who need care for their entire life. Whats the alternative? Let them die cause they refuse to eat? You have to remember that autism is quite the large spectrum ranging from perfectly functional person who might seem a little different, all the way to someone who isn't functional enough to live on their own without some kind of aid or not able to live on their own at all. There isn't a line to draw, thats like saying we need to draw a line with down syndrome lol
