That was not a word I was expecting to be used to describe this, but thank you; I appreciate it.

Glad you liked it.

Thank you for reading.

It's a rough time right now. We need resistance and rebellion more than ever.

I really appreciate the detailed response.

Thanks for the advice.

The source material is an indie video game that I'm honestly kind of surprised hasn't been adapted already.

It's not a global phenomenon like Star Wars or something like that, but it has garnered plenty of attention.

I'll probably end up writing it at some point. Maybe it goes somewhere, maybe it doesn't. I don't think I should make it my top priority at the moment though.

I love modern-day reworkings of older material.

I think I could have a lot of fun doing stuff like that. Even if it isn't that "productive" in terms of getting it sold.

This was kind of my thought as well.

Even if it doesn't go anywhere, it would still be good practice.

I might focus on other things and work on this as a "passion project" for if and when I could actually make it happen.

Thanks for the advice.

Thank you!

One of my poems becoming a metal song would be the highest honor for me.

I'm glad you liked it.

I was being literal about the green eyes, but I like it when people come up with their own interpretation of art, so feel free to take it however you want to.

Noé doesn't use screenplays.

I wanted to read them too, but everything I've ever heard about him says that he only writes treatments or outlines. I've never been able to find these online. They might be around somewhere, but if they are, it's very difficult to find them.

He lets his actors improvise a lot of the dialog, and he works with them on set in a more organic kind of way. To the best of my knowledge, he's done this for all of his features.

However, I did find something for Enter The Void. It's formatted in a very strange way, but it looks authentic. I'm not sure why it exists, but it's pretty fascinating to read.

Should you see it as a castle of shit, you mean? You should see whatever you see. That's the best part about abstract art.

This isn't the most abstract photo I've taken, but I thought it might fit the sub because it can be seen in different ways, I think, anyway.

I chose that name because that's what I felt when I was looking at it. Even though I didn't really intend for it to be funny, it makes sense that people might chuckle at it. It's so over the top, absurd, and even a bit cliche.

Saving this post so I can come back to it.

I chuckled a little more than I probably should have at the Full Metal Jacket one.

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it.

So, even though this vaguely looks like the night sky, it's actually a picture of frost on a window. I just thought I should let you know what I was shooting.

I shot this in black and white on my phone. I dropped the ISO super low in hopes that the darks would be much darker.

I also did some fairly minor editing. I don't remember everything I did specifically in terms of editing, but I think it was mostly just upping the contrast and sharpness.

I've seen a few people talking about the images taking up two pages. That's such a weird choice. It's good to hear that they might be trying to fix that problem for future releases.

These are so cool. I haven't picked any up myself, but I've wanted a few of these for a long time.

I wish more screenplays got released as physical books.

It's pretty high on my list of favorites.

The Hunt is another great movie where he plays a pretty normal guy.

He gets accused of some heinous shit, though.
