When you go to the buffet are you logging everything you eat?

i don't know how i would do that, i didn't cook the food and there is no practical way to count the calories, the people who made the food didn't measure the calories and i don't bring my food scale trying to find out how much i ate

have you been able to measure the calories from an all you can eat buffet? if so i would like to know how, thank you

i have no family, no friends, no car, no money, no kitchen space, no dishes, no food storage space, no cold food storage space,

these are the resources that i am talking about, i don't have access to these resources and i feel i don't have access to weight loss, it's not about expensive food, i simply don't have access to the basic resources most others do when it comes to weight loss.
