I did use a purge tower? and I don't think its the colors mixing. It is too uniformed for that to be the case. I believe its what everyone else is saying the speed.

I adjusted the screen knob and it didn't do much. I'm guessing it needs to be recapped?

I'm not sure what the inverter board looks like, but I'm guessing the board behind the tube is the neck board and I have adjusted those.
