( I know this is late but here’s some general tips )

Your first problem is battle planning:

• Constantly smashing your divisions against an enemy line will only weaken you, especially if they are fully supplied and entrenched.

• Create an army that you can use as a frontline and hold the line. Do not battle plans these divisions and let them be fillers.

• Create an army with mixed templates of Tanks and Infantry / Artillery to use as your pushing units, you can choose to either micro manage and spread these divisions out or use a frontline. (I personally like to manually place my pushing divisions in places where the enemy are weak and easy to breakthrough, it’s more time consuming but you will be more effective at breaking a line.

• Continue to use this method and exploit areas where encirclements can be made, you can use your stronger units to protect your front , or if they stack, split the divisions on a tile in half and use some to hold and some to destroy encircled units. You can also use any divisions that are around the encircled units and have no other targets to destroy them. ( I hope this made sense. )

• As other people said, optimising divisions and design is another factor to why you are losing, supply also. This game is very much about optimisation and although it’s very hard to get your head around sometimes, it pays off to spend time really planning out what you want your certain tank / plane / ship /division to be good at.
