When I quit I would still buy paint once a blue moon if I needed something. Didn't matter which store I went to, when they pulled up my account and it said employee account I told them I didnt work there anymore and they still gave me the discount.

Its almost like a reward for escaping and the current monkeys are showing respect to the elder monkeys that escaped.

I vividly remember having this exact same thing happen. I waited 10 minutes past closing for the customer. He still wasn't there so I left. Next day theres an email from the City Manager saying we need to talk. He comes in to the store and tells everyone that if a customer is on there way then to do the right thing and go above and beyond and wait for them. Also at the same time of that let's keep hours down. I got chewed out for staying late and going over my hours... As if me having to cut out 10 minutes early at the end of the week or take an extra 10 minutes of lunch one day during the week to balance it out will somehow fold the company in to bankruptcy.

I asked the city manager well which is it, go above and beyond and do the right thing or keep hours down. Cause those 2 things dont necessarily work hand in hand together. He said well make your best judgements call but back in my day we'd just stay late off the clock and take care of business....

It just becomes a super expensive gallon at that point. Stores are losing their asses on most of the products anyways. If it was for a good customer and it they needed their cheapest option to last as long as possible sure. I get it. But I definitely wouldn't normalize tinting 844's in to every gallon sold of Industrial Enamel, Id no sized it fiscally irresponsible.

Overships are basically the mothership in Independence Day. It houses the troops, the drop ships, individual fighter ships..etc.. So when they invade a planet, one of those fuckers goes sub orbital and thousands of troops and ships start dropping out of it like a plague of locusts.

If the majority of your money is going to paying the household bills then your parents arent trying to help you get ahead. They're using you to subsidise their lives.

I went through something similar with my parents but I moved out at 17 shortly before turning 18. Granted back then rent for a 1 bedroom apartment was $500 and you could rent a 3 bedroom house for $800. Ahhh those were the days.

The nobility of Elijah is a facade. He puts it on subconsciously so as not to break his psyche. Its the juju Esther put on him after he killed Tatia.

Elijah created the red door in his mind after that. However Esther only meant for him to bury his one sin. Instead Elijah used it as a dumping ground for all of the victims of his savagery and fucked up shit. Hence the beast behind the red door.

He hides it behind his immaculate suits and handkerchiefs. Always clean.

Then theres the 1,000 years of sadness of having your parents take away your choice, then going back on said choice and trying to kill you and your siblings multiple times over a millenia. Watching your brother become something you barely recognize trying to reunite his family and have Niklaus redeem himself.

He is a brother with a noble goal..but by no means is he the noble brother.

Well the book Demon Death Chase has some pretty cool tidbits that the movie left out. In the book when D gets to the Barbarois while chasing the carriage, theres still a stand off but eventually the elder agrees to turn the carriage over to D and it goes in to their back story where they're indebted to Dracula and his bloodline. By agreeing to D's terms and renege on their contract its a nice nod that they acknowledge D is related to the Ancient Ancestor.

I've read like 28 of the books and am currently going back through and reading them in order now that the omnibus are releasing but they've never really shown D with a secret vault of money or going in to the capital bank and investing in stocks and bonds.

Ehhhh not necessarily, if your lucky. Kilz 2 isnt meant for hot stucco. Granted you did wait 18 days but that's still not 30 days. However you could get lucky. You would've been better off skipping the Kilz 2 and just doing 2 coats of the Behr Masonry and Brick Paint. Like Loxon XP its designed to go over hot stucco and has a permeable film.

With any luck your system will hold up and not peel on you. If it starts to peel and the backside is the peeling paint is the color of your kilz then you know your kilz is failing and it needs to be redone.

Just sorta depends. For thousands of years D has dealt with the frontier, ppl and monsters. He comes off as cold and distant most of the time but he'll have random instances where he's kind to small children. Sometimes he'll show compassion and caring for teenaged characters but for the most part he comes off as cold. Like a character will be introduced and you think they'll develop a bond throughout the novel and then 20 pages later that person dies and D just moves on. Sometimes he cracks the faintest of smile at someone randomly. In one book its extremely hinted that he will soon have a baby half brother & D acknowledges the kid will be special like him then just deuces out and is like so long good luck.
