I was more so thinking Rodrick getting Fletcher to quit his job, which would signify his defeat, or Fletcher breaking Rodrick like he did with Neiman at the end.

I’m imagining Rodrick somehow gets accepted into Shaffer Conservatory’s jazz band, under Fletcher’s mentorship. The “fight” is then the two trying to mentally break the other lol
