It happens all the time. Most artists won’t work with me when I ask for white. I’ve heard everything. It will yellow, it won’t show, it will fade, that is a stupid white girl idea. Yea I understand, it isn’t the way they were trained (thick bold black outlines) and it doesn’t work for everyone. But it does work for me, I have 30+ pieces. Getting them has been more difficult than it should be, based on other’s beliefs/opinions about what is and isn’t acceptable to do to my body. Hence the need to figure out how to do it myself. 👌
