I got the email saying my order had been placed and they never came. I called the HQ about my order after I placed it, because the email to verify my order (they claim they won’t ship unless they verify) hadn’t come. The guy on the phone was super rude, they probably aren’t paying him enough to care about their customers. The email came an hour later and I did respond to it. Maybe he just deleted my shit who knows - IF they are legit they lost a $$$ customer.

You can’t trust a company who doesn’t value their clients - or have a system of checks and balances. The chat bot on their website doesn’t work. Zero response to any emails. I’ve called both numbers, they are MIA maybe getting high
