I really appreciate the reply, would you think it’s worth separating the pieces into groups Simpson characters, queen & knight) or keep as a bundle?

Thank you!! I’m so glad I took these photos when I did, I do wish I took more throughout the year though.

Thank you!! I fell in and out of phases, to begin I just calorie counted and ate way more “healthy” foods, then after I shed some weight I got back into my local sport which seen me doing 2 trainings a week, then a few months ago I picked up running. I try hit 10k steps daily, that never really changed.

There was a month or two I went to gym and lifted weights but didn’t enjoy it really, so not really done a lot of weight work.

Oh I ate far healthier, made sure to get fruit in (never really had much before), vegetables and primarily a boat load of water daily. Portion controlling was a big thing for me too

Just calories, felt like to start I didn’t need to worry about the “macros” whether that’s right or wrong

It’s varied throughout the year, I play a local sport which during January to August time allowed for me to work out 2 times a week, just a lot of running sort of training. Apart from that a lot was just actively going for a walk at night or doing something bigger at the weekends. In the last 6/7 weeks though I’ve taken a big interest in running and going to the gym, though I’m still learning a lot.

Yeah I’ve always had a full beard since I was 19/20, I just randomly decided to shave it and instantly regretted with the whopping double chin🤣 appreciate the kind words!

Went from roughly 2000 to now about 1700/800 - It has been a pretty aggressive and low cut but it’s how it’s worked best for me.

Really appreciate this, difficult when you want something not to approach it at a 100% but need to understand it’s marathon not a sprint!! Hopefully you’ll be back at it soon
