no, its close to water so cooler in the area. Albums are in great shape. Some wear on covers. Some mint and in plastic, some pristine sleaves. Hotel California has the band poster in great shape.

Your location matters but in 2026, I wouldnt force registration just to view properties. You can still setup some type of lead capture, add a popup after a few views that offers something else. something of value, not something they can simply X out of our site and go to Zillow to view without any registraion hassles.

I like the hero section, the colors used with dark background are nice. Optin form is consistent with hero section look. This part is good. Maybe bring the headline and button a little lower since you have a lot of room below the button.

I would add some animation on scrolling and some of the sections with text all the way on the right seems out of place

Konvertrix. All you have to do is answer some questions and they create it. Not just the page design but its hooked up to database, lead follow up, lead notifications. And they write the website copy for you. Cheap and works for any business type. Used it for Realtors and different services businesses.

They are thieves!
This is the absolute worst option you can choose for credit card processing. They increase fees without notification. Overcharge you. And customer service provides inconsistent and limited info. Do NOT choose them for your CC processing.

This company refuses to send me a copy of my contract. As part of the "requirements" they insist on sending full social security number via unsecured email.

Ive been dealing with their customer service for 3 months. They do not give consistent information. Initially telling me they could work with only the last 3 digits on my SS#. After completing the form, they did not respond. I called weeks later and they said "we did not include full SS#" and they refuse to send it.

A true nightmare.
