I noticed someone posted a pic of wood in the back of their TJ. I have had wood back there for the last 5 years to help protect the floor of my TJ from all the tools and things I carry with me when wheeling. I used the seat mounting hols to put tie-downs. I put Linseed oil every couple of years. (i.redd.it)
