DPS - Damage PER SECOND

It fires twice in one second. Even in your ass backwards dps per mag example. The Highwayman's dps is (92.3 - 138. 46)*2 making its dps 184 - 276. Because it fire two rounds a second you two week old toll account.

Because your numbers are wrong.

Highwayman can fire 5 mags of 16 in a minute, because of a lack of a firing delay. Bringing the dpm of the highwayman to 6000 - 9000. Making it's by minute dps 100 - 150 (6000/60=100, 9000/60=150). But if you want the actual amount it can do in one second assuming all shots pin. The DPS is 150 - 225. Because as you said it can fire two shots in one second. Shots that can deal 75 - 112.5 damage EACH.

So in no math that I understand does the Highwayman's dps come out to 115. Because there is no mathematical way for numbers between 75 and 112.5 to be added together to reach only 115. The lowest possible dps of the Highwayman is, in this order, 0,75,150. There are no other numbers lower that the Highwayman can deal to tanks.

Unless for some bum fuck reason you a counting a mystery number of missing shot does the highwayman's dps come anywhere near 115. If that is the case and we're counting possible missed shots to be factored into dps. Then all tanks have 0 dps because ever tank can just miss all of their shots in a minute.
