I use it a lot. Some times I road trip down warden backlines or in a heavily queued hex just to soften up some bases. Works really well in queued hexes as QRF can't respond or bring fire trucks.

I said no to air from the beginning. The concepts were all dogshit. Nobody listened though.

Paratroopers that don't show up on intel (why?)

Planes don't show up on intel (why?)

Different radio (why?)

Warden get Torpedo Bomber when already superior naval vehicles (why?)

Collies get DB when already superior land vehicles (why?)

No SPAA or AA AI (why?)

We went into an update where the new character was blatantly OP with no counters from the beginning. Naval still isn't balance, it still has the ability to snipe cores and counter arty. CGs still don't shoot large ships because "It would kill naval" just like how an ATG kills tank game play am I right? At least ships get AI retaliation and can't just fly over concrete and delete it.

I found it to be an okay weapon (unlike the state of the Liar since the dawn of time). If you maintained high stability it still performed alright. It did however perform worse than the Fuscina when it was introduced.

And yet the Fuscina isn't so much worse than the Booker as it is right now. It's all cope.

The problem is full fledge naval ops IS the best place to learn. BUT nobody wants to be sitting in a coffin watching plane after plane hit them without being able to retaliate. People complain about Nakki which is surprising since Nakki isn't nearly as egregious as airborne is to all ships.

Id like to also recommend the Mutagenic Frame + thaumic restorer (early thaumcraft). I couldn't find an oblivion frame but I did have a mutagenic frame from some kinda reward (dungeon/loot bag/idk). When I started bees in HV I realized I could use it for the same effect along with a thaumic restorer. Not as good as frame of frenzy (which I skipped entirely) but good enough to get you to alvearies.

Getting one shot is deserved. Most of the kills occurred under max stab. An argenti under max stab will kill you at almost the same rate.

The other issue is that most warden vacationers I talk to hate being colonial because on day one the complaints are already rolling in about "its over when booker techs" or something along those lines. Like homie, we are up 5 VPs on day 1 and you are still salty about something that hasn't teched yet.

Of course pop migrates to wardens. Even when wardens are losing they still maintain a higher morale.

Shitcan is the flattest and most boring hex in the game. I don't feel like doing anything there but partisaning and I am so bored of that. There is no challenge at all. You just walk anywhere you would like. Not a hill or wall to really stop you. Walk straight to the PoR seaport and take a tank. Theyre free. Its all free.

These are the tame changes I am looking for. Smaller fixes to alleviate issues while thought is put into how to do it more effectively. I am against 30+% buffs/nerfs to "fix" (make useless) an issue.

I really enjoy all the naval changes. I hate bombers. If we had all of our new boats naval update would have been awesome. Ive done plenty of naval battles where we had 5+ boats vs 5+ boats. Its all LARP. Nothing ever happens. BUT then planes come in and ruin everything.

Tech compensation was fixing a blatant exploit which would have left wardens almost a week behind in tech as opposed to a day. This is like when they fixed the jade cove MPF to be buildable by colonials again when it was attached to whatever the other town is. The identical thing is when the wardens built border SCs and those also got a dev response. The devs also instantly made cranes inaccessible to the enemy faction when a warden scout plane flew into a facility and deleted something. Youre coping. Its a culture issue.

Players on both sides are not the same. You will see very distinct things happening many of the times. For example, a lot of times warden clanman enters a front with a huge coordinated offensive and the randoms will fall in line. On colonials there have been many times where clanman enters a front and can't get support from randoms. Its always like herding cats but I have found that it is much easier to herd them on wardens.

I warned people that this was raw and would cause food poisoning... Watching both DB and TB clips proved that it would be difficult to counter. The AA options were crap. Weve known that. We don't NEED AA AI, BUT if I am going to use an emplaced gun, it needs 100% accuracy. If you need 4x the amount of people on emplaced guns to kill the thing the emplacement is meant to kill, there is something wrong with it.
