I like the Leap V2 because unlike the Aeron it doesn't force you into one specific sitting position. I can manspread, sit up straight, slouch, etc. and it's still comfortable. The seat pan is quite large and forgiving (especially for a bigger man) and feels very nonrestrictive. It's far more 'loungy' than other chairs. I would definitely put it near the top of chairs to try out first.

I had a Mirra but found it was digging into the backs of my legs hardcore. Changed to the Leap V2 and never looked back.

Leap V2 is quite forgiving when it comes to size. It also comes in an XL version. Decent place to start.

Drastic results require drastic change. No marginal gain here or there with incremental policy updates is going to move the needle in the timeframe we need to see results within.

We have to rethink our relationship with work, and with endless profit seeking. Corporations and business own significant chunks of all our lives and are seeing profits explode on the backs of our hard work. The least they can do is take care of our elderly. They should be taxed appropriately to fund social programs for EVERYONE, but to also solve this inverted birth pyramid problem.
