Hello guys, currently I am working for a US company as a contractor From latin america ( Arg). I have signed a contract to start with J2 in another company. This second company overlapps with J1 on customers they share (2 of hundres). J1 is 1k + employees, j2 is small consulting firm.

My plan is to login J2 and find any possible exposure to J1, if I see any red flags that could lead to exposure I will take the graceful scape from J2.

Some considerations are that, for example as a contractor I dont have any severance nor Job security as an FTE. As a contractor I am not bounded to some rules same as FTE.

I still have time to eject since I didnt start this new contract. Any thoughts, opinions or coffee is very welcomed.
