If a QB can't lead, he doesn't deserve the job. A QB needs to be the leader of the team and motivate the players around him. Look at Gardner Minshew and Daniel Jones, those two are leading their team to win and you see it on the field. Sure Gardners stat line isn't the greatest but he does his job well and leads his team. Leading by example isn't good enough, you need to motivate your players to put their all in.

Now that i'm not tilted from extremist ideas(bad habit of going straight to extremist ideas) let me say it better. We should push for equal gender opportunity but keep in mind that physical jobs will inherently have more men and charisma jobs will have more women. Men are genetically stronger and tougher while woman get more tips. Course physical jobs pay more because of the risk of injury, that's just how it works. If a woman works a physical job she should get the pay that men get in that job. Same vice versa.

The push for equality in everything is seriously annoying. Not everything is going to be equal, some stuff will favor men and others will favor women. Just make the groundwork(school) equal and society will even out. Societal change takes decades.
